Development Phase

We begin the order fulfillment phase by procuring mask, wafer, package and test hardware for

our customers. Following the procurement of the initial materials, we continue the

procurement of all materials required for pre-production, qualification and characterization phases

of development.

Production Phase

After the completion of qualification and characterization, we work very closely with our customers to manage their production by placing orders for wafers, packages, test time, warehousing and drop shipping to our customer's desired location.

In addition to production, we manage customer returns and manufacturing process improvement, so that our customers can enjoy the benefits of continuous improvement of their product by their virtual team.

wipLynx WIP monitoring tool

Customers can monitor their WIP using our secure web access tool. Whether the production lots are in the fab, assembly, test or warehouse customers can view all WIP on one screen.

This will allow our customers to save time and energy in controlling their production and be able to monitor all lots in production from wherever they are using the internet.
