We offer test program development and conversion for digital, mixed signal and RF products.

We start by getting involved in the design phase in order to support our customers with DFT

techniques that will enable the highest possible test coverage and easy debug capabilities that will enable quickest time for development, qualification and characterization of devices. Our engagement with our customer's designers allows us to give valuable input to achieve >97% test coverage.

Current test platforms used are Agilent, Credence, Teradyne, LTX, Schlumberger, Eagle, SZ and Advantest

After the commencement of production, we continue to work on the test program by concentrating on test time reduction and yield enhancement activities.

When in production, we will address all test related issues on the same day of occurrence thus saving our customers time and money.
