We will deliver a thorough characterization report to our customers that includes various plots, statistical data analysis (e.g. Cpk, stdev, etc.) and a summary of all the tests specified in the electrical specification provided.
Production
During production, we will provide our customers with continuous electrical test, probe, assembly and final test reports. Upon request, we can also provide customizable reports that meet our customers' needs.
